all of the specs are effectively the same until you get to the os updates. the edge+ is only getting 3 updates from 2023. and the s25fe will have android 23/ one ui 15. different world over there.
the chip is also better on the s25fe. only downside here is the storage.

this is the edge+ final year of os update. it is already eol

Metro-locked phones don't work on T-Mobile

Because, most of my Samsung phones has been working with T-Mobile from metro. The last one I bought was the a35 and it's working.

They've shut that off. A36 doesn't work.

I haven't done it in awhile, like 5 years ago but I used to buy a byod Tracfone SIM KIT from Best Buy for $1. It came with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile sim's. Also the $15 smartphone plan for Tracfone. Using the AT&T sim in an unlocked phone I'd start a new line with Tracfone using their app even and never having to talk to anyone. Wait about a hour after you start new service with new number and then go into Metro store to port-in. The pin would be 0000 and the account number was the 15 digit number on the AT&T sim. So basically the throw away port in number would cost me altogether about $17.xx with taxes and fees. Spendy yes but solid as far as being a reliable method where the port in was always successful. Hope this helps

the camera on the Samsung S25FE is MUCH better, support much better vs the Moto. Resale is much higher too. http://www.techradar.com/phones/s...-fe-review
I'm sold, in for a S25 FE.

Edit:

We can activate the phone when we have a tracker number right? It's been ages ordering a phone from MetroPCS.

Doesn't seem to work with gv number. Is this worth it for $200 + the $65 monthly plan?

365 days only have pay 1 month service.

But you can order $25 BYOD plan on website and use the phone on it just requires you cancel line/port out or swap devices on MetroApp to add S25 FE IMEI to another line.
i still don't get how to do this. can you please outline the steps? thanks.

So you can get the Edge + deal, get a new number and then use that to port in for this deal?

$119.99 for the Edge
then
$99.99 with port in (as opposed to $199.99 w/o port in) + $65 1st month = 164.99 S25 FE

$284.98 for both the Edge and S25 FE
Correct. You can also sim unlck the Edge with a $3-5 code, no waiting period required. Code is instantly delivered.
Hello, where could I get the unlock codes for $3-$5? TIA
