this seems to be an ok price for an x-elite (12-core) laptop, but this snapdragon x (8-core) seems to be the new entry level cpu which is below x-plus (10-core). these laptops aren't selling well and at some point these should get some steep discount.

Not to mention the only 1080p LED screen (not the AMOLED that comes with the Elite CPUs). Don't get this.

This probably should have been the original msrp and I agree, I would still not get it.

this will be good for word, youtube, netflix, etc... anything with game, 3d, photoshop... avoid.

It should be sub 200 with laptop or tablet trade in.
