I hate that this has become a staple of my diet but it makes lunch at work a thousand times easier.

So highly processed. Soy protein isolate (which isn't ideal for men and T-levels), sucralose and allulose (artificial sweeteners), and canola oil of all things.

Garbage product. Would've been much better with some organic avocado or coconut oil, monk fruit extract, and non-soy based protein sources.

I'd be hesitant, it's sold by Amazon Resale:

It says vegan. I don't think it's made from people.

"Regardless of the statistical model, no significant effects of soy protein or isoflavone intake on any of the outcomes measured were found. Sub-analysis of the data according to isoflavone dose and study duration also showed no effect. This updated and expanded meta-analysis indicates that regardless of dose and study duration, neither soy protein nor isoflavone exposure affects TT, FT, E2 or E1 levels in men."
