Compared to this current model posted, not only is it twice the price, but where the pedals go, you see a metal bar running along both from and back. although it will provide support, it may be a tight fit for both legs for some, and risk of getting bonked. I would opt for the more open design as the one I purchased.
One is the chair shown is on wheels. It's gonna roll back every time you brake. Some of these come with a tray to secure the front wheels.
Two is the shown desk chair seat rotates. That's gonna be mildly inconvenient when cornering.

As for the rotation on the desk chair, I thought this would be an issue, but for me I have yet to experience any of it in use. I've got some proper load cell pedals, and I've found that even when really whipping the wheel around while drifting in AC, with a good amount of constant pedal input, I don't ever end up turning in the spot, just cause of the way you end up seated once you've dialed in your setup (pedal placement, wheel height, chair height, etc.)
With all that being said, that pedal tray looks extremely flimsy and I wouldn't put anything other than maybe some Logitech g920 pedals on it.
