That's a good deal on a nice set. When I bought mine, it only came with 4 dies and you had to buy the add-on set. Obviously not for a professional plumber, but a handyman or home shop they work great.

Pretty cool but the few times I've needed a threaded end i just had Lowes/home depot do it for me in store. But Its not like it work with galvanized or black pipe much.

I have an ancient pipe threading set that has been passed down through the family. One of the heads needs new cutting bit and while I can find them they are crazy expensive. I may just buy this set instead.

Can't take pipe that's already installed and cant be removed to home depot
