I had the 4090 version of this. Started crashing after a little over a year. Sent it back for repairs (extended warranty), got it back DOA (with messier cabling). Sent it back once again then I was told it was damaged in transit and got refunded what I originally paid for.

That was when the 50 series RTX just came out and my refund could barely get me a used 4090. So I am still PC-less months later.

Long story short, I don't think I'll trust Lenovo to be able to get me right if I encounter an issue. Full refund is good, but I need the computer. Who knows maybe some dock worker just jacked the 4090 from the unit.

For anyone comparing this to the Dell Alienware deal, this is slightly better (IMHO) because:
  • The CPU is about $300 on top of what's in the Dell
  • 32GB of RAM. The Dell comes with 16GB and I think only 2 slots
  • Probably a slighly better AIO here
Negatives:
  • Only 1TB storage
  • Only 5600 MT/s RAM, if that matters to you (it doesn't really matter)
  • The Dell has a 1000W Gold PSU. This has an 850W PSU
  • With Dell you can buy an onsite repair warranty. This is mail-in only

PSU doesn't matter either - 850 is all you need for today's GPUs bc nobody is doing SLI anymore and even the beefiest cards today are more power efficient than ever
