Looks like this is an LTSC version of Office (meant for commercial/government use), so likely not legit. Doesn't mean it won't work but you'll have trouble downloading/activating this thru normal ways. You'll have use this website's download links and instructions to install the software, which honestly makes me uncomfortable.

I have already requested a refund. The entire activation process described in the order confirmation appears to be cracking the software, which is 1000% illegal.

I doubt the license is questionable. But they are still scammers. At least the person they are buying the keys from is.

I use to be a Microsoft tech. We could just create keys. The keys were 100% real and would never give the end users an issue. But they were not to be sold or given away. Which is exactly what is happening here.

There could be other less shady alternatives but that to me is the most likely.

A lot of times these keys come from someone that has access to an MSDN account or some kind of volume licensing agreement. So there's always the risk the keys will eventually get deactivated.

I Got the Groupon deal for MS Office (Mac) for much more and it works well. This price seems a little too low for an honest retailer (software pricing is ridiculous). A little disturbing that SD staff does little to validate quasi-legal deals like this. They got the clicks. Now it's up to us to test the poison.

Overwhelming number of positive reviews in the past 2 months on Trustpilot. Have to question why every 2 days someone posts what a great deal it is on a verification site. This seems like such a great way to deliver malware.

I bought one and no issues installing or activating. Interesting that the license is a program and not a key. At this price it is worth the risk.
