It's an ok/average deal. We've seen it at $250 before and no reason to think it wont go lower than $300 again for Black Friday or otherwise this fall. Especially for any older 2024 model stock laying around.
I've had this watch since release and I traded in my 5 Pro. I freakin love this watch. I did buy a rubber case that goes around it that makes it look like a G-Shock.
same, hands down best watch I've had and great battery life. only complaint I have is the non turning dial otherwise it's been great

I too have had it since launch. It's big and a little heavy but I do love it as well. It's the only watch I have ever gotten compliments on....and I have gotten quite a few.
What color did you go with?

The other thing Id watch out for is on sale from Samsung.com around the holidays. Especially if you have an older watch to trade-in. With this/Amazon you're stuck selling it privately which can suck. And the private market is often softer than trade-in.
There were posts of people getting it for $150 after trade-in last fall.

why can't trade in works if u buy this watch. can u not trade in with Samsung if deal comes?
Great Watch, I prefer my OnePlus Watch 3 due to Battery, I have this one added on my cell plan so I alternate. One thing is I am not sure why it says AI in there as I see nothing different from prior Samsung Watches, I have own each version since version 3.

No trade-in is only if you buy something from them. If you buy this, you have to sell privately on Ebay/Swappa. That's the downside.

I've never heard of this. Where does it say this on the Samsung website? I've traded in an old tablet that I bought from Amazon and Samsung didn't have any problem with this.

What's in the Box:
Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 47mm (2024)
Band
USB-C Watch Charger (power adapter NOT included)
Still a decent deal

Research suggests the 2024 and 2025 watch ultra hardware are the same. Just the software is different. Anyone else coming from Watch 6 classic?

Debating if I should wait until later in the year or hop on this. Have a Galaxy Watch 7 I got last year for $50.
