there's lots of different ways but it really depends what you mean specifically and what you consider easy.
can they be added to cashapp or venmo and the funds pulled via debit?

Staples, if you are reading this, please keep up with stock. Don't tell Store associate to put only certain amount of cards. If you can't keep up with stock, please don't run promo. You are wasting everyone's time and making people away from the store.

can these be easily cashed out?
Costco might be your best answer. Buy using these and return and refund to another debit card of your choice.
