This brand is clearly doing some partnering with SD given how many of their products are showing up. That said, I've been very impressed by their quality. I have this, the S1 Pro, and their elegant tool kit that also has the S1 Pro handle. They've replaced my ifixit kits as my go to tools.

Yes I have way too many tool sets.

So I really like my E1 Max for electronics and some 3D printing builds, but I'm hitting the limit of its torque. If this E1 Pro one is less than that, it's probably only going to be good for electronics and not much more. Just something to be aware of.

The Walmart one has no LED. The Amazon screwdriver has an LED.

It looks like the E1 Pro and Max have the same torque. They have an E2 line with higher torque. Per their product page:

> What's the different between E1 Pro/ E1 Max/ NEX E1
In Fanttik's precision repair screwdrivers series, the E1 Pro is the earliest product. Compared with the other two, E1 Pro has NO LED LIGHT, and there is also a difference in the NUMBER OF BITS between them.

I'm new to the world of electric screwdrivers. Is the torque strong enough to drive screws into laminate wood? like driving a screw into IKEA laminate wood furniture?

Do not use this for anything more then electronics -- it does not have the torque for that.I have one and it's fantastic for quickly taking apart electronics, but only get it if you are doing that weekly.

The S1 has enough torque for driving a screw through laminate and MDF/Particleboard. This one doesnt

I have both and find that the ifxit bits are higher quality. the ifixit bits seem to be cr-V and the fantik are S2 steel, which is cheaper and softer. I lost an ifixit bit and couldnt find anywhere that would sell a cr-V solid bit except ifixit. all on aliexpress are just plated cr-V. You dont notice the difference until you try to remove a screw that has a lot of glue and you need a lot of torque to remove.
