Yeah but then you have to eat pizza hut. I go there once a year because I get a craving of what I remember it tasting like and every time I'm so disappointed I vow to never return. If $6 was their normal price for a large 2 topping I still wouldn't go. Yum Foods executives should to go to prison for the harm they did to all their once beloved brands.

The "buy one, get another later" is the deal I prefer. For multiple people or families, this is a win though.

They are hoping you do not remember the later. I like it all at once and then I can space out the longevity of the offer.

That's funny, we eat at our local Pizza Hut all the time, and we all think it's some of the best pizza of any chain. I guess to each their own.

I tried adding the deals page > $11.99 large 1 topping pizza. Two of them. When entering the promo code "MYBOGO", it says it doesn't work and I have to buy a regular priced large pizza. Priced $19.89 in my area.

So people can't order from the deals page? or what?

If you do side by side taste comparisons, you will see the inconsistency of Pizza Hut pizzas. When I did it between Mad Mushroom, Papa Johns, Domino's and Pizza Hut; I found that Pizza Hut's pizza had the least cheese (it is almost like taking a bagel, toasting it, and then taking cream cheese, spreading it, and then scraping off enough of it so the layer is thin- like why even put cream cheese on the bagel then?). Papa John's was more indulgent (good cheese to crust ratio) and same with Dominos, but it was salty. Mad Mushroom is just my all time favorite, but not readily available/accessible across the rest of the U.S. Mad Mushroom has the best cheese to crust ratio, the crust is always soft and the grease they use gives the pizza such a savory flavor.

I also did a comparison between Mad Mushroom's cheese sticks vs. Papa John's free one that one can get if they do their feedback survey. Their cheese sauce is not like Mad Mushroom's and their cheese sticks are slightly off on the cheese taste. Then again, this is about cheese sticks, not pizza. This is just another reason why I think highly of Mad Mushroom.

But you're talking about a single store vs every other store in the country (or world). Our local store is great and very consistent. This is a very subjective topic, which was my point earlier.

So the location you write of, in your area, does not skimp on the cheese and tastes as good as Papa John's and Dominos in your area?
It could be that it is a more regulated store as they could be corporate owned and the one in my area is a franchise.

Franchises suck and I know first hand because I complain to corporate and if they take action, they never get back to me and whether they do or not; there is always something else that I find odd.

been years since last time I went to a Pizza Hut. this deal lured me to get an update on how much menu prices had increased @ PH. not very competitive against some of the other local stores on both price and taste (quality?)
