That's why I have the disclaimer in the OP, if you get messed up with an out of stock cancellation, don't even waste your time going to the store as the rebate requires the $15 all on one receipt.

#1 YOU MUST SPEND $15 for the rebate, $12 does you no good. You'd have to buy a third bag bumping your oop to $18, which makes the $5 rebate less valuable as you had to put out more.
2) the family size comes in limited choices, here you can get 5 or 6 different varieties if you like, in an easier to manage size box for keeping at work, for different family members, etc.
3) Many SD'ers have Wags Cash to spend, so you can apply $10 of wags cash towards this deal, $5.xx oop, get back $5 rebate.
There are other practical reasons why I'd rather have 8 smaller bags than 2 huge family size boxes.

-All I did was submit a jpg image of the Walgreens online receipt. Only made one purchase of eight boxes and submitted receipt once.

If jpg, convert it online for free to a pdf file and try that. make sure the scan is showing your unique info like email address or account info from Wags.
