Foaming is just diluted soap! Get regular one and dilute 1:3 ratio by weight of soap to water. Gently swirl and that's it! Much more economical. Get the soft soap from Costco or the 50oz refill Amazon deals currently on sale.

Green ($) initiative: Watering down the hand-soap. Next step: half-ply toilet paper.

Step-after the half-ply is a BIDET ...

BUT he is actually right about them just diluting soap and putting a foaming agent in there ... if you do a side by side comparison the foaming one lasts half the time ...

And if you are into anti microbial... I have news for you.

there's no evidence saying that antibacterial soaps do anything beyond normal soap hence why the FDA banned 24 antibacterial ingredients in soap:

https://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSaf...445063.htm

For recommendations on minimum length of time necessary, CDC recommends 20 seconds of scrubbing with soap and water or rubbing until evaporated (20-30 seconds) with a 60% alcohol-based sanitizer.

Antibacterial soap isn't good for the skin and promotes resistant bacteria

Careful doing this. I got corrected by a chemist when I suggested this before, they insisted that you're potentially creating a toxic mix since the soap is specifically formulated, and it won't clean as well.
