I applied Walgreens cash and it worked for me. I believe it's when you have to reach a certain $ amount to earn the Walgreens cash that paying with Walgreens cash messes it up. Since this deal is "Buy 3x get $5" how you pay for it doesn't end up ruining the cashback on it.

The rule was:

When it says Spend $ get $rewards, then you can NOT use previous rewards money.

When it says Buy N number and get $rewards, then you CAN use rewards money and still get rewards money.

Last week when they had a similar offer on Scope-Crest mouthwash. The stores I visited had only one bottle in stock. Purposely limiting stock?

They are not purposely limiting stock.
This deal has been running for a couple of weeks.
Some stores only get a restock delivery every two weeks.

No, you likely got aced out, that deal was posted by me when it started online. Online orders likely killed the stock. Better offer hunting these deals down on Sunday when the typically start for best results of getting the merchandise.

I can't seem to clip the coupons except the $3 off 2 offer. The other two coupons don't click/clip. Tried on mobile and laptop with the same issue.

That doesn't mean they don't have more stock in the back. At least with online orders, there's usually an extra promo code to use and if for some reason stock is an issue, at least you don't waste your energy/gas going to the store.

There are some deals you have to go B&M with at Walgreens, but 75% can be done online for the most part and some even shipped to home if you're spending enough.
