I built this pc but a different case of course, an upper tier motherboard to do two GPUs eventually at x/8, and decided to do a 2TB PCIe 5. Also a 1500W bequiet power supply for later. I did the newegg deal few months ago with this processor, x850 motherboard, 32GB crucial and a 1TB hard drive for like 850.

You can build a little bit better configuration (more premium parts) with a better PSU from Micro Center for up to 2K (using a bundle). But this is still a very solid pre-built and you don't have to do anything yourself. Historically the worst thing about Cyberpower is their cheap PSU but I imagine this applies to the majority of pre-builts (especially any competitively priced builds).
It's an all-white build with the old NZXT H9 Flow case. But if this was available at the time i was shopping parts. I would probably have gone with this so i don't have to waste time running benchmarks and troubleshooting XMP settings lol.
Havent stayed up to date on gaming PCs.. this still good for gaming the latest games and good for me to remove Walmart from the bias list on gaming computers?
This is a solid deal. Other post from Lenovo with 5080 is the one to get, only if it had a Ryzen in it besides Intel Ultra.

How was it only $1200!
It wasn't he's just making it up. Otherwise, like a good slickdealer, he would have posted it here for all to enjoy a slickdeal. But he didnt, so there was no such deal.
Sorry I did not want to waste people's time by creating a YMMV post that would be next to impossible to find. It was one of those deals that I was at the right place and the right time. Oh here is a crop shot of my receipt.

Really? I bought a CyberPower in 2010 and the thing is still running strong which I find astonishing. I upgraded components multiple times. The motherboard is original (ASUS P6T). When I ordered it I picked the components I wanted so I didnt get a "preconfigured" one but I was happy with the build quality and how they cabled it up.
