for those whom it may matter, these contain "HIGH OLEIC CANOLA OIL AND/OR SOYBEAN OIL, CORN SYRUP.". as do most but not all of the brands. The ones that Trader Joe's do not have seed oils.

Apparently I used this coupon already. A coupon that doesn't expire until January 1, 2026. So for the next almost 4 months, I will see deals posted that I cannot get. I have no idea when used this coupon, but that is too long for one coupon, possibly valid on dozens of items.

Seed oils like canola, sunflower, and soybean are not toxic..claims that they're inherently harmful are exaggerated scare tactics unsupported by mainstream nutrition science and propagated by fb memes and YouTube influencers and quack doctors. Western diet rich in grain fed animal meat -beef, pork, chicken (not pasture fed) is anyway rich in omega 6 and far exceeds the healthy amount, even more than seed oils in moderation...calling seed oils as processed and unhealthy when they are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids that the heart does need and demonizing seed oils while eating grain-fed meat is scientifically inconsistent.

These are quite good as far as budget pb pretzels go, I prefer these over my Lidl ones. This under ten bucks is the price point to get them at. If you do sns, please watch your price changes as they fluctuate by up to 30 percent. Currently there's a ten percent off 4 promotion without even the sns, so I usually wait until they drop under 10 to get and/or when there's a promotion like that and stock up then and skip the sns.
