Battery works great, keep in mind it does not have any bluetooth so you'll want another way to monitor the SOC (state of charge).

Say like you have a regular car battery in the engine bay and one of these in the back next to the amp rack. Much safer (and you don't have to vent it or mount it under the vehicle) than a regular battery (and Optimas are like $250 now.) I've heard that some people are forgoing a capacitor altogether and just daisy-chaining these with a regular car battery up front for the vehicle to run off of but I've been out of the game for so long I don't know how all that charges (with the alternator or do they isolate it and charge these separately.) I believe that is what the actual question is going to lead to.
