Wow, glad to see a Sports Research deal just when I was looking into buying better forms of Omega-3 and Magnesium.

Looks like Magnesium L-threonate is particularly good for memory [com.au] and sleep [sciencedirect.com].

This is a good deal that even beats Costco's current promo price by 3c per capsule (0.1995 vs 0.2295). Since Amazon forces you to receive the item with a quick shipping date, I opted for no-rush delivery to earn a $1 reward on select digital purchases.

Wow, glad to see a Sports Research deal just when I was looking into buying better forms of Omega-3 and Magnesium.

120 count Krill is cheaper if you want to buy more 28.75 $0.24 per Count($0.24 / Count).
60 count comes out to like .33 cent for me.

It's 135 pills in the Costco version. They are about the same price per pill but less at Amazon if you get a S&S discount at Amazon.

Servings per container - 30, so $0.60 per serving I have been buying Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine from Sam's Club for $15 for 90 servings or $0.17.

Any reason this is 3X better?

that glycinate is better for bed time. this is better for daytime as it has that cognitive benefit. you also may want to see if your sams club stuff is third party tested.

Kappa is a Mag cocktail. It has cheap Glycinate, Oxide, and Malate added to the mix. I wouldn't mind the cocktail but I'd hate to overpay for it. Threonate is a particularly expensive ingredient, and they don't say how much they include. It's last on the label so I assume very little is there, which makes the product naming quite dishonest and misleading. Generally, Kappa seems to be shady.

Actually, SR is recommending a bigger dose at night than in the day. A lot of people swear by the sleep improving effects of Threonate. I also like Glycinate as it makes me drowsy and physically relaxed but Threonate seems to calme the mind better. The question of whether it's worth 3X the price seems to be a valid one. Atleast for me, tolerance seems to creep in after a few nights.

If you have access to Costco, their Krill oil caps seem to have much more Astaxanthin per pill, and is a way better deal than this when it goes on sale. It's also USP certified.

I've never seen anyone say theronate is better for at night. You have any sourcing on this?
