21$ for 40ct kinda expensive. Is this really a good coffee? I usually buy lavazza pods

It's fine. Better than Lavazza but also more expensive. Not as good as Nespresso, but they're the best. I'd put these on a par with L'Or, which Amazon seems to have stopped carrying, and maybe Starbucks. I'm with you in hoping for a better price point.

I like lavazza ground coffee but thought the pods sucked

I've seen these pods available as low as 40¢/pod available in local Publix supermarkets in FLA stores during their weekly BOGO offers. Also seen them available for 50¢/pod offers at CVS stores. The convenience of shopping at Amazon may be worth the extra 3¢ per pod shown in this offer. Overall, it's a pretty good deal! I'd also recommend this coffee as it is robust and a very intense flavor profile.
