Panda was founded in Glendale (Los Angeles) and their headquarters are still in the LA area. I may be wrong about this part, but I believe the founders/owners now live in the Vegas area which may explain that part.

I disagree. The hot orange is nothing special at all... It's basically hot chili pepper mixed with orange chicken... Personally not worth promoting that thing... Original orange chicken is fine.

A shame the $30 gift card $8 promo just ended. But I did buy a few 😎 I wish panda was always $6 then I'd always have it

Because the founders of Panda Express live in a mansion in Henderson, NV which is right near Las Vegas; that might have something to do with it. Also, Slickdeals has their headquarters out of Las Vegas too.
