Just the water alone is let's say about 250lbs. the aquarium itself is around 40lbs.
so now you've got another 40 lbs of substrate, decorations, fish, filter equipment (especially if submerged in tank), etc. Conservative estimates on aquarium sites will say a fully decorated 29 gallon tank will weight about 330. That's a LOT of water and a huge mess if it comes crashing down.
Not to mention, it doesn't seem too heavy of a structure so you're lookin at a very top heavy stand. One solid bump and it could go over.
too many reasons to say no to this. Would be fine if you're using it as a tank for reptile or something, but not as a fish aquarium. and if you are using it as a fish aquarium, i'd go smaller than 29 gallons for sure. 20 gallon max. but it'd still be top heavy. just my 2 cents. your floor/home to risk
The failure point is where the horizontal portion attach to the leg, as long as that's good then it's fine.
