Looks like this unit has batch of charger/battery issues. If you get a good one or okay with return roulette with amazon, I would say go for it.

I've had cheap units like this last for years and other not even few uses.

I honestly don't understand the point of these tbh. No real use for this low of ftlb besides maybe using for lug nuts? But if you need to do real mechanic work this will not get off bolts and nuts that have seized on cars

There are other mechanic work other than a car, ie lawnmower, snowblower.

Great point. I also see little need. If you need this tool, you're a professional and should own a better quality one. Maybe a professional mechanic that need a throw-away, (they would know themselves). But as a pretty advanced DIY guy, this would get no use in my house. Price is great though.

Odd comment. 350 ft lbs will spin off the overwhelming majority of fasteners you will come across.

My first clunky NiCAD cordless impact over 20 years ago was a game changer with just 240 ft. lbs.

I'm amazed at the people who trust these fly by day companies and their tools/batteries. No chance this would live in my house.

This thing won't get off any rusted axle nuts that's for sure

Of course it wont. But it will spin off 99.9% of the fasteners that you come across day to day.

(for the record, I don't have one of these, but I do use the small light Milwaukee that puts out about this much torque and its amazing)
