Not in my experience. .00 prices are "super" ymmv because they are store specific. .97 is "somewhat" ymmv - in general if they are clearance (.97) they will be getting clearanced at other stores as well, but no guarantee they will be the same stage/price of clearance at the same time. Without even looking I assume a lot of stores that still have these will be .97, whether it's 29.97 or 19.97, or already oos.

Yeah .00 is a manager mark down, so all store specific. Usually it's like the last of a SKU, or moving very poorly. I feel the .97 is a bit more regional most of the time.

That would be .00. .97 is general clearance but the stores don't move to the clearance price at the same time.

the fan itself is fine. it does push a decent amount of air even at lowest setting but still wish it has a even lower setting which is a bit more quiet
