Checked my previous booking from two weeks ago for end of this month, price went up by $60. Was hoping to rebook for another $10 to get $50 voucher, not $60 for $50!

I entered BOGO in the promo code field when searching for a flight, but I feel unsure that the promotion is applied.

At the last screen of the web checkout, there's a field to enter a promo code, and when I enter it there, it displays a warning "Promotion BOGO was not applied on journey [...]". I tried several different flights, making sure it's on the allowed dates and not the excluded routes. Has anyone successfully booked with this code that has a confirmation of it going through?

Using the mobile app, it accepts the promo code, but it seems to accept it for dates and routes that don't qualify too, so again I'm unsure that it's working. Plus the terms seem to state to book on the website.

You can get sever hundred dollar vouchers when they don't fly which is often I let go of at least several hundred last year

Their vouchers are useless. Only cover base fare, which can be insignificant compared to taxes and fees.
