Not a deal. You can usually buy the whole kit (Hammerdrill, impact, 2.0, and 4.0) for like $140 with hacks.

OK, so that implies I can get charger and 2 batteries for $60. Is that a pretty competitive deal (aside from FB Marketplace, let's say) for this stuff?

WTF?!?! It was just hours before your post I ordered this same thing but with the 2 5.0 batteries. I might be taking it back now and go this route.

Is there one with the surge hydraulic driver? I can't seem to find a combo with it and that is what I have had my eye on.

when I was looking, I didn't see the surge as part of a set. they only had the surge by itself. I can't remember if it was a hackable deal or not, but I was significantly more expensive.
