Any modern board will have REBAR. It can be used without it, but with like a 15% hit to performance. So someone upgrading, or rebuilding, is either not going to care, or it is a nonissue.
The 9060 8GB looses to it at 8gb in most (not all) games at 1080p, and the Intel trades blows, short like 5%, with the 16GB at 1440p for 100 bucks less.

Weird to me people go out of their way to hate on this card. In a market where low range is an 8GB card, and mid range has priced itself outside of the budget market. Here is this card that hands you what you need for 1440p at $250 and it has caught endless heat because its previous model was horrible on drivers, where this one has made some serious strides to keep pace. Make corrections.

I got one of these back in January. It's been flawless and runs pretty much everything I play at 1440p at high/ultra. I've had no driver issues. It's on a i5-1200-based system (I forget the exact CPU I'm using) with 32 GB of RAM. Solid card for the price.
The GPU replaced a 3060 -- wanted something a little newer and with more RAM. One benefit is that this card runs much quieter and cooler than the MSI 3060 I had.

It's the intel AIB that is ran by the same parent company as Sapphire
Similar to how Sparkle is related to PowerColor (though sparkle used to make nvidia gpu's back in the day, I had one of their 460's)

Need to have a motherboard that supports motherboard/resizable resizable BAR (base address register), also be aware that there are compatibility issues with some games but it has gotten better since their A series. From what I have read, this is a decent entry level card, but the RX 9060 (even the 8gb one) generally outperforms it. The B580 may have a *slight* edge in higher resolution games with a decent CPU.

The ARC doesn't beat the 8gb 9060xt in any resolution and you know it. Also it's 50 more not 100. and running with the 9060xt 16gb. Nope.
It is a great 1080 card though. I don't get the hate either but i'd much rather have the 9060xt even the 8gb.

Seems at 4k they're about the same, 1440p and lower the 9060xt has 10-20 more fps from game to game. Not sure about older titles. Overall, both cards are still a good choice in modern times. I bought a measly 2gb 960 almost a decade ago for 200$ so this is like heaven lol. forgot to say are amd drivers good now? Haven't had a card since a 4090 days

I'm, unfortunately, still running a 960 to this day. haha Someday I will upgrade... And it will probably be an Intel GPU (since I'm a long time employee of Intel)

I think you misinterpreted what he said. An Nvidia GTX 960. From way back in the day.

It's not weird. People believe what nvidia and its media bros say and then repeat it. I've been using the B570 since January and while it's obviously no 5090, it does fine for what I need. I would've gotten a B580, but at the time scalpers were buying all the stock available at MSRP and newegg had some, but at a huge markup.

Side note: If I were buying today I'd spend the extra $20 and get the ASRock Steel Legend over this unknown brand.
