Not a big enough of a discount to be worth the risk.
IIRC, Corsair's units in-particular are known to 'pop' under heavy cross-loading [do not use as benchtop PSU] Being 1st party refurbished, I'd be concerned that they may be repaired once-failed units.
I own a couple RM750 variants, and they're fine PSUs but, they're not the best for the money, anymore.
