Any opinions on this. Trying to get about 3000 watts of solar in a remote building. I was thinking about 1200 watts of panels and something like this.

Is there anything in this category (all in one unit) that allows you to just add normal batteries, like an ecoflow 24V one, to it and still be able to use it without additional chargers, bms, etc?

ive had this one for a couple years now. it's been flawless. I don't use solar w it, i just charge from the grid. it's basically my giant ups for my home lab. does need a real ups behind it because switchover is too slow, which is my only gripe

I'm teased by this. I have a Northern Tool 3500 gas generator and had an outside 120 plug installed that connects to my electrical panel/interlock. I'd love to have this in lieu of the gas generator. Power loss in my neck of the woods is typically short (hours). The only potential problem that I see with this is that this unit cannot be returned to Amazon whereas if something similar was purchased through Costco it could be returned.
