Almost pulled the trigger, till I noted factory-reconditioned. Sigh...

I'm in for a pair, as mine got the dreaded static on the left side several months ago and are way past the covered repair/replacement.

Bummer. I'm getting, "this item cannot be shipped to Oregon". Not sure why.

This site has some pretty cool stuff so I tend to order from them every once in a while.

The most recent experience (that I am just starting to deal with) has now led me to completely stop using this website going forward.

Two boxes were ordered. One with a phone one with a smartwatch.

Both got left at my doorstep by a courier named SwiShip. As soon as I opened the door (around 10 mins after delivery - no door knock or bell but I happened to leave the house to walk the dog) and picked up the boxes, it was easy tell that one box was empty.

Upon investigating, that box was perfectly cut open from the bottom with the top kept intact and goods worth $400 were stolen out - the funny thing is that the other box was left alone that had $800 worth of stuff (phone) in it but the $400 box (watch) said lithium ion battery on it. All other packages that we got that day were laying there untouched. My claim is that SwiShip driver did this before exiting the delivery truck. My camera shows that nobody else showed up at my door in that time period.

I reached out to Woot right away and after 48 hours there's been no emails from them. They have no phone support these days and their website keeps saying that they have a high volume of requests so be patient.

I'm going to give them another 2-3 days and then file a police report against Woot and SwiShip.

Please - if you DO order from them, make absolutely sure that you either have a well lit area and a camera or better yet - immediately open the door and make sure that you got your package in tact.

Call the police now, they are more than likely to not answer your claim and try to run out a 14 day period for returns. Also, be prepared for a fight if they try recharging your card later, so be prepared to stay clear headed and stick to them like glue till it's fixed. A lot of companies are more than willing to try to use a contract to stiff you and are much more willing to give in if they think you're an aggressive customer willing to be litigious.
