LOL what a joke. who's gonna pay $800 for an aftermarket radio these days? really? how many people are actually dropping money on this instead of just liking the post? aftermarket radios are mostly for fit in older cars as newer cars include climate controls in the head unit. you will spend more on this radio then your car is worth. you can do much better on Amazon for less than half the cost.

Noob question: based on your comment, my guess is it wouldn't worry the money and effort to install in a 2015 Acura TLX? I don't know much about installing aftermarket stereo.

my 2024 mitsubishi outlander sports radio isn't connected to anything in the car except the steering wheel. I've been looking to upgrade but paying 750 for something that could be ripped out in 20 minutes doesn't make sense lol atoto makes much better units with better options, features and some units they make have android built in

as an acura tl owner that installed an aftermarket double din. you will need to buy a wire harness and double din bracket. the problem is Acura TL has a subwoofer with its own amp needs an adapter to have it play well with non OEM stereo. In short its not even worth it, the stock stereo is already pretty good, and this is way too expensive.

These are way overpriced and offer even less functionality than those generic android auto screens you can get for $100ish online that you can plug in through your aux, bt, or radio

for that price, whres the volume knob?
Unlike the Kenwood counterpart, you simply use the screen with a circle left down vol and circle right up.

easy install on most import vehicles. Whether it will fit your dash that's another question. Just get Maestro and you will have all the OE function, you can preprogram it ahead of time and just wire it up.

depends on budget, but one of my favorite mid grade ones is the W3000NEX. Ignore the people here, the JVC in this post is one of my favorite head units to install. If you care about sound, aftermarket is the way. just because a new vehicle has HVAC controls on the HU doesn't matter, that's what idadalink/Maestro is for. you'll get all the same features, plus more. if you want help selecting a head unit, shoot me a DM. we can discuss budget, features etc. Car audio is what I'm known for on the YouTubes 🤣. I'm a car audio installer, most of what I'm known for is my custom work, but part of every install requires integrating or installing an aftermarket head unit so I'm well versed in that too. I have my favorites for every budget.
