Broken Quoting in Replies?

I noticed, in two different threads, broken quotes in replies to me by two different users. In a reply, a user would quote me, but that quote of me would also include the quote which I had quoted in that previous reply of mine. But there is no obvious separation between the two included quotes.

Here are the two threads (and a screenshot for an illustration):It could be due to a user trying to multi-quote and manually editing and breaking the QUOTE tags. But it happened in two different threads by two different users, both today.
