Looks like a great price, but the smaller luggage does not conform with the carry-on limits of multiple US airlines (case is 23 inches high, when some limits imposed by airlines are 22 inches high). Unclear how strict airlines are.

It's ABS, not PC. but you probably can't get a PC luggage for $40 anyway

pretty cheap but I would highly recommend getting luggage with double wheels at each corner for the stability. works a lot better
