PROS:
• Battery Quality: Well-constructed.
• Battery Capacity: Tested at 148Ah (meets spec).
• Charger Output: Provides charge to 12V AGM and LiFePO4 batteries at 20 amps.
CONS:
• Critical Charger Flaw: Does not terminate charge at Lifopo4 mode. It continues to push current even when the battery is at 100%, a known safety risk for lithium batteries. The battery's BMS is the only thing preventing a disaster.
• Terrible Support: Unhelpful, slow, run-around responses over 12 days.
• Problematic Return: Received only 1 shipping label for 2 packages. Second label not provided after multiple requests.
• Financial Risk: After ebay 30 days, buyer pays for return shipping on defective items (~$40+ for a battery).
Verdict: Avoid. The charger is dangerously flawed and customer support is ineffective. The good battery isn't worth the risk.
