Drove past the old Fry's on the way home from Micro Center in Dallas. Brought back some good memories hunting down a 240 gig usb2 drive back in the day.

No point for a 5700X when 5800XT is $10 more and includes wraith prism.

If concerned about heat, worst case set Eco mode and it's essentially a 5700X but changes are better binned. Or play around with PBO.

I was lazy and set to Eco, gaming maxed around 65-70C with marginal difference on Eco vs not.

I have a ryzen 5 3600 . Any point in upgrading to this ? Or should I try to get a better gpu from my 1660 super . Kinda noob question

Always GPU >> CPU for gaming, except if you only play games under 1080p

worth it for me to keep AM4 a bit more and sold my 3600 on ebay. really depends on usage though.
