Looks like neither model has great reviews. I like the design of the Costco one better for saving space on the counter, but hesitant based on the reviews about the noise and the temp output.

I was thinking of picking up the Costco model but lots of bad reviews and a LOT of the positive review read like incentivized or bot reviews. Just vibes based on repetition and heavy use of the formal product name down to the capitalization of QT for quart. It's like they were instructed to mention at least two features and use the word "game changer". There are some positive reviews that feel real but so many posted 3 months ago seem fake, and come from accounts which have only reviewed this one item.
