OMG! 39g of sugar in 1/2 cup!

That is not a fair comparison, as this is a concentrate and not meant to be used straight as-is.

Nothing about the name implies "healthy" in any way.

This stuff is meant to be mixed down with other ingredients, so sugar should be thought as 39g for 1 cup, but that's still higher than Coke, but at least the ingredients are actually nutritious.

There is nothing healthy about this, as the name tries to imply.
Water is main ingredient.
4 fl oz has 39g of sugar, 2nd ingredient. The worst soda according to https://www.eatthis.com/high-sugar-sodas/ "only" has 85g of sugar for 12 oz. This has the equivalent of 156g/12oz, > 54% more.
Then you get some blueberries (3rd), some pomegranate juice from concentrate (4th), strawberries (5th), and then added lab created fiber (dextrin), "natural" flavors, i.e. lab created additive, etc.
Enjoy!

It's 39g for 4 oz, not 1 cup. Worse than the worst soda, and definitely not a healthy mix.

We used to use this at our cafe, it's not good on its own. We have our own custom mix now that's so much better.

Yall this stupid mix is full of sugar and still requires you to blend with ice. Why not just buy the frozen berry mix at Costco or Target or wherever, spoon in your own sugar and ice, and blend? It's practically the same amount of effort, and you don't have to use the whole pack of frozen berries within 7 days like you have to do with this mix.

There's no point to this blend except for potentially mixing with cocktails, as someone mentioned.

Since this is SD, the real question is whether or not this is a good deal, not healthy or unhealthy.
64oz = 1814 g. It contains 624 g of sugar total. So, this product is 34% sugar. As the water is the first ingredient, water content is high than 34%. Water likely takes up like 50-60%, which means this is 84-94% sugar water.
Water costs us little to none. Sugar is one of the cheapest products. Personally, paying this much money for a product that's about 90% sugar water is not a good deal.

Anything that you consume that contains 39g of sugar in 4 oz by definition is not a good deal, regardless of its cost.

Thanks for this post. I see most of the comments are about it containing too much sugar, which is a valid point if you're just looking for a snack.

In my case when I go running and biking I need about 40-60g of carbs before I head out the door or I run out of steam before the hour's up. To get that now I need to eat about 20 gummi bears, which are tasty but annoying to chew through. Not into the taste or cost of "pre workout mixes".

This stuff gets me there in 8 oz of what'll prob be reasonably tasty. Good deal.
