An amazing price on a good full suspension trail bike.
Reviews describe this bike as a decent, well planted if slow climber that shines on the descents.
Compares well to Yeti SB 140 and SC Hightower.
Carbon frame with Universal Derailleur Hanger compatibility, Boost hub spacing, internal cable routing, and integrated frame protection
SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain performs well in various conditions
TRP Slate T4 hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power
Tubeless-ready rims and tires for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats
GT Dropkick Dropper Post quickly lifts and lowers your saddle with the press of a lever
Fork: Marzocchi Bomber Z2, 150mm
Rear Shock: Marzocchi Bomber CR Coil, 140mm
This is a great carbon frame with quality brakes and drivetrain.
The suspension is fine, but can be upgraded for lighter weight down the road.

Bomber Z2 = Fox 34
Bomber Z1 = Fox 36
it's a good deal, but GT is out of business so warranty won't be available in case something goes wrong.
not necessarily true unless this link is out of date.

SX is lower end. It will shift well, but it's heavy.
Shock and fork are lower end Fox, good enough for most. Simple and basic, but easy to setup, which is good when you don't know anything.
TRP high end brakes are well regarded. These aren't their high end.
At $1,400, you get a ready to ride trail bike that will be more than enough for a large majority of people. Pretty good deal.
