I liked Salt and Sacrifice ( but I haven't played far, be aware it has poor/mixed reviews on Steam-62%), I'm curious to try Elder-born, don't know about the other one. So the cheapest tier seems like a decent buy for $6.
I don't know much about the higher tiers, other than: I got Steel Rising for dirt cheap, and bounced off it quick.

Achilles: Legends Untold is like Titan Quest with much simpler mechanics. it's mindless fun and a no brainer at this price point

I played Flintlock through GamePass and it was decent. Exploration was nice, not too big and open but still lots of paths to explore and had a somewhat useful world map unlike most souls likes. Story was decent, combat was good. Not sure why a lot of people didn't like it at first. Enotria looked really good before it launched but haven't heard how it performed after coming out, worth looking into.
