Vacuum suction is very poor compared to to even a $15-20 battery vacuum (like the black and Decker), it's closer to a "portable fan" level of air. the air blower option is even worse, basically you attach your blower attachments to the BACK of the vacuum and it uses the reverse side of the suction to act as a blower. even at $13, it's pretty weak and not a good vacuum or blower. might be useful to keep around for very light work
EDIT: The more I've tried to use it, the weirder it is. It's loaded with accessories, but some of them just don't make any sense to me -- the air blower has a very fine tip (very narrow, moves a lot of air which would make it almost useful!) but the tip doesn't point forward, it's molded at the tip so the air gets diverted straight up and down (not forward). It's also got ~3 of the air filters, a few extra plastic housings, some weird vacuum attachments made completely out of plastic (where it looks like they made a direct copy of other attachments, but left out the rubber and brush bits from it, so it's mostly useless).
The hand-grip is also completely weird to hold when in air-blower mode, since you're holding it backwards. The light on the vacuum is right where your hand holds it, so again.. kind of useless.
With that said, the finer tips will get you a bit of sucking and blowing action, enough to where it just might be useful for some light cleaning or stuff like car crevices, but anything more than the super tight areas, there just isn't enough suction

probanly junk but hepa filters by itself are 1/3 of the cost
If chinese sellers lie about battery and lumens, don't trust them on HEPA either.
