It appears that the ID.me discount actually stacks on this one from what I can tell. With the coupon codes above, the ID.me education discount stacks (it normally does not). The cart total for the PC w/ upgraded 32GB 6400MT/s RAM is only $1640. Without the RAM upgrade it looks to be $1575 which is an absolute steal.

You can drop it further by changing to the 165hz screen which, for me, is worth since the difference between 165 and 240hz is much less worth than 16GB extra ram. I'm about to checkout with that and the 32GB/6400 for $1591. Also have a capital one shopping offer for 30%/$250 (which I would just sell the gift card(s) for like $180-$200)

Any ideas what the battery life is well I'm not using the GPU? I am assuming it does not need the 5070 while doing basic web browsing etc.

You would need a laptop with mux-switch to switch to iGPU. This is dGPU only, so that 5070ti is always on.

To be nefarious: you can use any class schedule from your past and just change the date on it. It will pass the auto verification check. I would assume it requires a .edu email address (mine is lifetime so I just use that)

The 32GB configs specify 2 x 16GB, but the 16GB config doesn't, so I would conclude that it's 1 x 16 GB.

It will automatically switch between the integrated graphics and the gpu depending on what you are doing. I'm currently using a 5080 version of this and just had a 5070 ti, they both worked like that.

Not a bad deal for a 5070ti but too bad it's not a Ryzen processor.
