Anyone know anything about how well this works for a steam deck? There are so many versions of this controller.
Not sure about this but for Steam Deck I've been using the 8bitdo pro 2 wireless hall effect which has served me well so far. And, right now (as of 9/13), the bundle with that controller + carry case is $39.99 on Amazon. In my experience that's a decent package deal (I've seen it for $44.99 in the past). Typical MSRP is $50 for the controller and $15 for the case if I recall. 8bitdo pro 2 works well on Android and PC also, so for me, having something wireless with that kind of versatility that doesn't break the bank is a solid choice. https://a.co/d/4NZExr3
I just picked up two of these in white. So far they're great. Build quality is nice, light up rings can be changed to different colors so you know whose controller is whose. Only issue if using on a switch 2 is you have to make sure you update the controller software before trying to pair them or they won't recognize each other.
