that is correct. just be nearby and use the app and it'll update to free shipping. works all the time for me when I'm in their parking lot. though sometimes the location doesn't update right away

Last time I looked at the Kohl's website there were many hoops to jump through if you wanted to get their lowest price. Maybe if I had tons of free time i would go down that rabbit hole.
