Usually you can add toppings to the free item itself, like cheese and onion rings, to meet the $1 minimum.

It's combinable with the Walmart+ 25% off coupon which is what matters to me.
Have you tried lately? The Duo and a Trio deals used to be combinable with other offers, but in the past month or so, there's been an app update that does not allow you to combine that with app offers (unless it's a restriction in place specific to stores local to me).

I get to the city I am in for business and the Burger King is permanently closed. Glad at least they have a Dairy Queen so I can burn my double cheeseburger offer with $1 min.

TrollBuster2025, you're missing a description & picture on your post. Missing detail and info.

Look at the slickdeals front page and see how people post deals properly.

There is no proper way to post deals.

Going by minimal info.

You post name of restaurant (that is actually a convenience) in the title section [they have a section for that that does not always appear on certain layouts (mobile)].

Then you post where it can be found(online, app, etc.) and expiration (more for the convenience of the qa team). Anything can go in the description.

Then you put tags (to get more traffic to see it).

If enough people thumbs it up, it becomes Popular. When it crosses 12 thumbs up (or a certain threshold), it goes to Frontpage.
The site has actual editors who do a deep analysis and put more information.

It is variable in what is to be included in the initial stages. Staffers even add pictures.

What picture would even fit this deal? Lol.

Anyone wanting to know another item to burn $1+ on, the jalapeno cheddar bites are worth the extra $0.69, at least in my area.

I bought it with the cotton candy cloud beverage offer, since the beverage cost more. So good!

Those days may be over. All the fast food places are finding out that a combo and an offer were combinable.

When I had seen their section off offer, where you pick one item and then another and then it gets added to your cart for their BOGO whopper deal; I knew the days of selecting any item were over.

Fast food places can now give you suggested items that only work with an offer. I first had seen this on the McDonald's app.

I just hope they allow us to pick the cheapest priced item to redeem a more pricier one.
Sorry for the late reply as I was away from my desk. I just tried and the Duo/Trio is still combinable with the 25% off Walmart+ as of the latest app update Smilie

I am going to throw away $2.90 and have trust in the employees of the location I am ordering the whopper Jr from that they dress it the same way as a son of baconator.

All high cost toppings: bacon and extra patty and had to buy American and Swiss slices to have two slices of cheese on it. No option for adding extra on the American.

Whopper Jr. With $1+ min purchase today!

BK hiked prices again in my area. I used to be able to add a burger patty for $1, and now they're $1.40; that's assuming they even have the option to add them, as some burger types no longer allow this. Adding bacon is a whopping $2 at some locations. The cheapest item for me is cookies at 2 for $1.29, but those are always stale. I guess I'll stick with adding a patty when I can, or else ice cream, which is $1.79 - 1.99, depending on location.

Seriously, a 40% price hike for a mediocre 2 oz. (pre-weight) burger patty is insane.
