These are good for a party I guess, but I find that they come off the straws when the balloons are too small for my taste....I prefer my balloons nice and plump so they burst upon impact. Some of these come off so small that they're near impossible to break open.

It is 3 packs totaling 100 baloons. The packaging is super confusing in that respect. I picked these up for $1.50 in store tonight! Found a few items on clearance that were cheaper than they showed on the app for store pickup.

there is a small failure rate, I agree, but the cost and time savings makes it more than worth it, in my opinion.

I found that supporting the balloons while filling l, as well as using a slower flow of water, allows them to fill larger. I fill them in my laundry sink basin with a bucket turned upside down to support them, then pull the bucket out when they are large enough and they drop into the basin ready to go.

There are always a few duds in each batch that have holes or aren't tight to the straw, but it's minor.

It's 1 package of 100 balloons. The "3 pack" is referring to the fact it contains three separate bunches, which I agree is super confusing.
