also seeing some places that the $100 mastercard is not compatible with any of the 10% off coupons. so there may be an issue there. not sure

Where are the codes comes from. I'm a superfan and haven't received any promos since the first wave of 100, 150 and 200 off promos.
I don't think you can stack promos either...so its either superfan or id.me.
