Zero chance that these retail for $9.39. In fact, I used to buy their original scent for just over $3, back before I just started buying the concentrated gallon size and mixing that with water in a spray bottle.

Just looked and this exact scent is available via Home Depot for $10 for a gallon. One gallon makes up to 32 gallons of product according to the label. I usually mix about 4oz and the rest water, per 32oz spray bottle. You're welcome.
