Nice (semi sarcastic) Akira wasn't available in 4K a few months ago. But they did put the HD version for $4 which I bought.

At the time someone on YT had the 4k version uploaded so I know it's a night and day difference.

Update: Fandango did a one-time refund. Thanks OP

Just confirming, if I get the original language version it still has subtitles for other languages, yes? I prefer subbed to dubbed.

Anyone know which of the 2, maybe 3, Eng dubs this is? If I remember correctly, not only are the voice actors even different, some of the lines are translated dramatically differently. Maybe one is called the Ninja Turtles dub because the voice of Leonardo does Keneda.

I don't think so. Looks like just English sub.

Totally, this is an issue with some retailers, the 4k Disc has both audios Japanese and English Dub, if you get it in another region, it will have Japanese and another Dub, Spanish Latino or European Spanish, and so on, Apple doesn't have this sale but it has Japanese and English that can be swapped on the fly, the issue here is Fandango, Vudu had it too but since the merge, things have changed I guess. I have a few movies that on Amazon only has English or Japanese but since its MA, I go to Apple and I have more audios there and sometimes the other way around.

Some of us are enjoying the 4k disc era right now. A lot of library rebuilding with steelbooks and sets with unique features.
