I went straight there too, but it looks like they are in the rear corners. so I guess it would be stable. does seem kind of weird to me though.

I bought a table from this brand on Home Depot and it was the wrong color (I could live with this) but after assembling and measuring it also had the wrong dimensions. Material was extremely cheap and laminate already semi peeling after getting it out of the box. Took months to get Home Depot to come out and pick up the package for a return.
