Timing: Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00am ET on 8/15/2025 and end at 11:59pm ET on 9/30/2025 ("Registration Period").
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states in the United States of America and D.C, and who are age 18 or older as of date of entry with a valid government issued I.D. (each an 'Entrant')
Prize:
The Potential Winner designated as a grand prize winner ('Grand Prize Winner') shall be awarded the grand prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize is: a 2025 Sprinter Van vehicle (the "Vehicle") with a maximum retail value ("MRV") not to exceed $64,000.00 including sales tax. Sponsor is responsible for payment of sales tax on Vehicle. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of Vehicle from Sponsor designated dealer. Allow approximately 8-10 weeks for delivery coordination. Sponsor will designate and specify available Vehicle including make, model, color and options for prize award. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance prior to taking delivery. Grand Prize Winner may not substitute, exchange, or apply the Vehicle's value towards a higher cost or alternate Vehicle, except at Sponsor or Dealer's sole discretion, and Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any upgrade costs or additional added options at time of delivery. Designated Vehicle must be the Sponsor designated vehicle that is currently in designated dealer's stock of inventory. Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate year model Vehicle or alternate Vehicle model, if the designated Vehicle model is not available at the time of prize award. Any prize image or description advertised for this Sweepstakes is for display purpose only and is not necessarily the Grand Prize Vehicle that will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner.
If the designated prize Vehicle MRV is under $64,000.00, the winner will not be awarded the difference between the Vehicle's actual MRV and $64,000.00
First Prize Award (maximum of 262 total): Each Entrant and Potential Winner designated as a first prize winner (each a 'First Prize Winner') shall be awarded the first prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The first prize is:
· One (1) DeWalt 20V MAX* Cordless GRABO Suction Lifter Kit with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $369.00 (the 'First Prize')
Total maximum retail value of all available prizes: $160,678.00.
