I stopped buying this brand . After an initial hit from an accident , it stops recording and just records audio.
They allow refund but the whole point was the record the crash.. how they didn't test for that I don't know. I'm able to mimic the fault in my other dash cams . Great for everyday use , but for a crash I am not confident . Sucks because it's amazing quality , can see plates clearly . I don't know if a patch exists .

so what you're saying is you got into an accident and it didn't record this event or did the dash cam stopped working after you got into accident 2?
